PART 2: performance details

The following represent acts common in adult entertainment. Please check the box next to an item only if you are certain that you are comfortable and sure about performing the act on camera. Your responses can be updated at anytime. Your responses and photos are necessary when Casting Directors are choosing performers. This questionnaire will not be seen by anyone outside this agency, but will serve as a guide when discussing models with Producers and Studios. A comment box at the end of this list is for any response that you feel needs more explanation.

PART 4: photos

IMPORTANT: If you submit an application without all the required photos, your application may not be accepted and may be rejected automatically. Please follow directions completely. Before uploading your photos, you should be certain your photos are good enough quality for us to evaluate your physical appearance easily. If possible, have a friend take your photos. It’s usually best to take several shots of each pose and choose the best examples.

  • Do not send photos of yourself with friends, children, pets, etc.
  • Photos should be as recent as possible; include dates for all photos in the 'description' field.
  • Please keep maximum file size below 4MB for each photo.
  • Provide photos in .jpg or .png format only.
  • Photos from cell phones and web cams are acceptable, but must be of good visual quality.
  • We suggest you use as much artificial light as possible when taking photos indoors; turn on all lights in the room, and add more as needed to provide better illumination.
  • Avoid flash photography if you are shooting yourself reflected in a mirror.
  • Use examples below when posing for photos. Name your photo files to include your name and photo number (corresponding to photo numbers, below). Example: MikeSmith3.jpg

To send your photos: Click Browse, find the photo, and once you have chosen it from your computer, click the Upload button. After one photo has been uploaded, you'll be able to upload another in that section, for up to four photos in the first section and three photos in the additional photos section. Once all your photos are uploaded, click the Submit button at the bottom.
